29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) H. A. Construction, LLC, Laurel Field Development, Building 35 - On or about February 25, 2015, Sub-contractors performing roof sheathing activities more than 6 feet above ground level were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. b) H. A. Construction, LLC, Laurel Field Development, Building 35 - On or about February 25, 2015, an employee performing framing activities more than 6 feet above ground level were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. H. A. Construction, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 970770 citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on July 1,2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4550 Whitetail Drive, Nazareth, PA 18064. H. A. Construction, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975240 citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on September 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4550 Whitetail Drive, Nazareth, PA 18064.
