29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Construction site: On March 18, 2015 and at time prior, As the controlling employer, Sunset Construction, LLC did not ensure it's sub contractor, W. C. Construction, protected their employees from the hazards associated with fall hazard of approximately 7 feet to the ground below while shingling on a commercial building with a 6/12 pitch roof.
