29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) 829 North Street, Ocean City, NJ: Employee engaged in framing installation and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, roughly 45 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working near unprotected edges and open joists of a cupola on top of the forth-floor level roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 07/25/2025. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
