29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel: A. On or about March 23, 2015, in the following locations, access to electrical breaker panels was hindered by the placement of items in storage: 1. Welding Area: Two compressed gas tanks ready for pickup were stored in front of electrical sub panel #2, which powered welders, lights and spot welders. 2. Near Husky Air Compressor: Two spools of wire, a box of DuroDyne insulation fasteners and a red plastic container of Grip Rite Prime Source 2" screws were stored in front of the main electrical panel and sub panel #1.
