29 CFR 1910.28(b)(13)(ii): (ii) When work is performed at least 6 feet (1.6 m) but less than 15 feet (4.6 m) from the roof edge, the employer did not ensure each employee was protected from falling by using a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system.  The employer did not use a designated area while performing work that was both infrequent and temporary.  On or about 06/10/2020 at the Edward E. Sullivan Senior Center Project, employees were working from the roof deck changing out a motor from an air handling unit and were working within 10 feet of the unguarded roof edge with no fall protection system in use.
