29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 7830 Wards Ln, Semmes AL; On or about March 18, 2015 the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work 20 feet above the ground from an articulated boom lift (bucket truck) without fall protection (safety harness and lanyard).
