Marking shall conform to the marking requirements set forth in � 1910.253(b)(1)(ii).  On or about 3/24/15 at 4234 Highway 80 North in Camak, Georgia: No chemical or hazardous warning labels were provided on the highly combustible propane container used by the employees filling propane fuel containers for powered industrial trucks.

29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been  taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s):  On or about 3/24/15 at 4234 Highway 80 North in Camak, Georgia:  Where employees observed operating several powered industrial trucks with defects and deficiencies such as but not limited to the following: bolt bent on the left hydraulic cylinder support, non-operational handbrakes, left top mask bolt loose, seat belt broken, severely damaged hydraulic lines, improperly mounted hydraulic lines, and missing tire lug nuts. The employer failed to remove the powered industrial truck from service until the repairs could be made.
