29 CFR 1960.8(a): The Agency head did not furnish employment and a place of employment to each employee that were free from recognized hazards that caused or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm. (a) Annex 724, Warehouse: On or about 24 March 2015and times prior thereto, the storage racks did not have maximum load limits posted on the storage racks. This condition exposed employees to a struck by hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): Meat Cutting Room: On or about 24 March 2015, and times prior thereto, there was an unlabeled container in the work area. This exposed employees to delays in getting proper first aid and knowing the correct PPE for the type of chemical.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): Meat Cutting Room: On or about 24 March 2015 and times prior thereto, employees had not been trained on the requirements of the Global Harmonization System. The lack of training would limit their ability to understand the new requirements of the program.
