29 CFR 1910.179(n)(2)(ii): The load was not attached to the load block hook by means of slings or other approved devices: On or before March 26, 2015, the employees were using a Coffing Hoist WR-1 Small Frame Electric Wire Rope Hoist, crane ID#U128, with a hook instead of the proper sling to move the 88 carriage in and out of the robot cell located in Department 1715 of the Carriage Fabrication.
