29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides: (a) Modular Home Fabrication Area: Platforms used by employees for access were not guarded by standard railings, exposing employees to a potential seven (7) foot fall to the ground level, observed on or about 3-25-15. (b) Modular Home Rooftop: Employees were working on top of modular home units that were not guarded with standard railings, exposing the employees to a potential 10'10 fall to the ground level, observed on or about 3-25-15. Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.
