29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling:     a) Roofing Department (Station #5): Employees working on an elevated platform approximately 7 feet above the floor level were not protected from falling to the lower level, as observed on or about January 14, 2020.    b) Roofing Department (Station #5): Employees working on the roof level on home units approximately 11 feet above the floor level were not properly guarded from falling to the lower level, as observed on or about January 14, 2020.     The employer was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1165414, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 3, 2016 with respect to a workplace located in Selinsgrove, PA.    Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.
