29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: a) On March 10, 2015 and at times prior thereto; residential roof; employees were in the process of dismantling the roof scaffold system without fall protection to prevent them from falling an estimated 30 feet to ground level; roof pitch 10:12. The High's Chimney Service Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316302843, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/12/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 5117 Upton St NW WDC 20016.
