29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe: a) At Lot 26 French Settlement, Daphne, Alabama: On or about March 30, 2015 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to by-pass the guard on a Makita skill saw revealing the lower portion of the blade and exposing his employees to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At Lot 26 French Settlement, Daphne, Alabama: On or about March 30, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in framing activities had fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 9.8 feet to the ground below.
