29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location: (a) Break Area: On or about 2 April 2015 and at times prior thereto, the GFCI duplex outlet in the sink area did not trip when a ground fault was applied to the outlet. Employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard.
