29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: (a) Jobsite - On or about April 07, 2015 employees were exposed to a fall hazard when standing on the forks and being lifted by a JCB 506-36 Telescopic Handler. or in the Alternative OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard. (a) Jobsite - On or about April 07, 2015 employees were exposed to a fall hazard when standing on the forks and being lifted by a JCB 506-36 Telescopic Handler.

29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Except as provided by paragraph (a)(3) of this section, each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level shall be protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems. (a) Jobsite - On or about April 07, 2015 employees were walking and positioning steel trusses without being being tied off. -
