An employee sustained a partial amputation as a result of insufficient guarding at this location.  b)  Tool Room:  MSC Drilling and Milling Machine, serial number 6991.  c)  Tool Room:  Bridgeport Milling Machine, serial number J297073.  d)  Tool Room:  Bridgeport Milling Machine, serial number J198566.  e)  Tool Room:  Bridgeport Milling Machine, serial number HJ315203.  f)   Tool Room:  Milltronics Milling Machine, serial number 12401.  g)  Tool Room:  Milltronics Milling Machine, serial number unknown.  h)  Tool Room:  Milltronics Milling Machine, serial number 8206.  i)  Tool Room:  Bridgeport Milling Machine, serial number J304989.  j)  Tool Room:  Wilton VSG Twenty, serial number not identified on the machine.  Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.
