29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 65 South Street, Morristown, NJ. Employees were exposed to falls of 14 to 15 feet to the ground below from the 14:12 sloped steep roof as their fall protection equipment was not being utilized. Violation observed on 04/04/2015.
