Washington Avenue, Scranton, PA: On or about May 30, 2023, three (3) employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing roofing activities from a residential roof, approximately twenty-two (22) feet high and were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, monitoring system, or a personal fall arrest system. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
