29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a scaffold platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end.    Location:  78 Brooks Road, New Canaan, CT 06840      The 16 inch wide, 12 foot long scaffold platform with a 14 foot fall distance cantilevered greater than 18 inches over the scaffold platform supports and was not equipped with guardrails to prevent access to the cantilevered ends.
