Stairs or a ramp were not provided where the exit route was not substantially level.    Site: 67 35th Street Brooklyn, NY    On or about 4/14/15    a) The pathway leading to the emergency exit door in the warehouse area was blocked.  the emergency exit door leading to the Fire Escape was blocked by boxes and other stored materials.
