29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: (a) Kettle popper production area, 41 Ethel Rd W PISCATAWAY, NJ 08854 Protective equipment for the body and extremities, of sufficient thickness and length, was not provided and required as splash barrier protection for production employee(s) during cleaning of production equipment such as kettle poppers. Employee(s) were exposed to the hazard of skin contact with splashed hot water (120?) during manual transfer of wash water. Condition(s) were noted on or about October 12th 2022.
