29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were located in the vicinity of easily ignitable material and/or were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel:    Warehouse:    The following overcurrent devices and disconnects for circuits rated for 600 volts or less that energized equipment such as lighting were blocked by items (some easily ignitable materials) in storage:  a) Left rear corner - 2 circuit panels and a transformer were blocked items such as cardboard boxes, a large wooden crate, 2 plastic 5-gallon buckets and metal bars.  b) Right rear corner -  4 disconnects were blocked by hazardous materials in storage such as a 55-gallon drum of motor oil, a 55+ gallon container of hazardous material waste, large cardboard box filled with items in storage and a cage that held 12 propane tanks and at least 2 free standing propane tanks.
