Observed on or about 15 April 2015. 1- Stairs on the 3rd floor.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) At 2nd and Walnut St. Philadelphia, PA 19148 - The employer did not ensure that the stair rails were installed on the open sides of each stairway used by employees to access working levels; thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. The stairway consisted of approximately 14 risers high per floor. This condition was observed on or about 15 April 2015. 1- Stairs on 3rd floor.
