29 CFR 1926.106(d): At least one lifesaving skiff was not immediately available at locations where employees are working over or adjacent to water. (a) Employees were conducting work activities, including but not limited to, paving, removing forms and moving material from the water to the shore without ensuring that one life saving skiff was made available, on or about April 16, 2015. Abel Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.106(c) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314241001 citation number 1item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on September 1st. 2010 with respect to a workplace located at South Hanover Township Side of Swatara Creek. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
