29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof: (a) On or about 04/17/15, during the renovation project at the new Maserati car dealership, located at 3865 West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, New York, fire fighting equipment such as a portable extinguisher was not available for use. PVC cement was in use, labeled "extremely flammable" and ignition sources (sparks) were present during the cutting of metal studs. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
