Safe access to the working space in front of an electrical panel was obstructed by the storage of a ladder. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: a) On or about 01/04/2022, at the Culver Manor, undergoing rehabilitation and located at 899 Culver Road in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce safe wiring practices to protect electrical cords from damage. An electrical cord was suspended by a screw creating a sharp edge against the outer jacket of the cord. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
