(b) Garage apron, new residential construction located at 2559 Restoration Drive, Powder Springs, GA 30127: Employee operating a Bosch Hammer Drill (Model - 0-611-241-739) with chipper attachment was exposed to eye injuries while operating this equipment without protective eyewear.
