29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied. On or about April 21, 2015 at site location 11030 Industriplex Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA, 70809, the employer allowed employees to use a Gradall forklift to lift scaffold to the intended vertical height and horizontal level, to conduct work while the platform wasn't fully attached and while employees were on it.
