29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. On or about July 14, 2022, employees on the north side of the building site were installing metal roofing panels on a roof six feet or more above the lower level without adequate fall protection.
