29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement: At the job site located at 6050 Broadmoor, Mission KS 66202, the supported scaffold was missing cross-bracing on the side closest to the building and on two sections facing away from the building, exposing employees to a scaffold collapse and subsequent fall hazard of up to 16 feet.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. At the job site located at 6050 Broadmoor, Mission KS 66202, employees engaged in applying rock clad to an exterior wall of the building with the use of scaffolding were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 16 feet from the working platform to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that a complete guardrail system was not in place to keep them from falling.
