29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. At the jobsite located at 4800 Country Club Drive, Jefferson City, Missouri 65109, employees were exposed to serious fall hazards of up to 56 feet. A complete guardrail system was not in place to keep them from falling from the working platform to the ground below. Complete Wall Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1057331, citation number 1 item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/23/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6050 Bradmoor, Mission, Kansas 66202.
