29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign must be illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color. Self-luminous or electroluminescent signs that have a minimum luminance surface value of at least .06 footlamberts (0.21 cd/m2) are permitted.\ The employer did not ensure that each exit sign was illuminated to the required surface value. This exposed employees to smoke inhalation and burns in the case of a fire. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

The employer did not provide sufficient access and working space about electrical equipment in the following areas: a) Employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn injuries from insufficient access to electrical panels located on the back wall of the back room which were blocked by a boxes of product.
