29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.  a)     Electric Shop (D-68) - On or about 4/22/15, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when area under the work station bench was cluttered covering the energized electrical power strip with plastic and boxes.  b)    Carpenter Shop (E-04) - On or about 4/22/15, employees were exposed to trip and struck-by hazards when the shop was cluttered with boxes of supplies and equipment.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
