29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repairs, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: a) Passageway near Harris Baler, 2329 Wharton Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203: Observed on or about April 27, 2015, a passageway near the Harris Baler was not kept in good repair. A pothole in the floor measuring approximately 35 inches wide and 33 inches long created a hazard to employees and forklifts operators working in the area. b) Passageway near Harris Baler, 2329 Wharton Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203: Observed on or about April 27, 2015, a passageway near the Harris Baler was not kept in good repair. A pothole in the floor measuring approximately 12 inches wide and 12 inches long created a hazard to employees and forklifts operators working in the area.
