29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom was not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable. This violation was observed on or about April 28, 2015, in areas such as, but not limited to the area in the door shop around the TS-120 Sander, explosive dust was on the floor, walls, and around the machines where sanding operations were performed.

This violation was observed on or about April 28, 2015 at the following locations: a) The exit door on the North wall of the door shop did not have a functioning Exit sign. b) The exit door on the east wall of the panel department building area did not have an Exit sign. c) The exit door on the west wall of the panel department did not have a functioning Exit sign. Employees were exposed to the hazards of delay in exiting the building in case of an emergency.
