Wet End Area - Yale #69 forklift had the following defects, two front upper lights, rear strobe light and hand parking brake. 2. Hide House - JCB #2 forklift had a broken rear back-up alarm. 3. Hide House - Yale #67 forklift had a defective hand parking brake.
