29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: a) Warehouse - An employee stood on the hood of a crane, using it as a work platform, while power washing the crane. The employee was exposed to falls 7 feet, 4 inches because there were no guardrails or other means of fall protection used.
