29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about November 29, 2022, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to safety hazards, in that the eyewash stations in the warehouse was blocked by production material and equipment.

29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1):The employer shall be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace. a). on or about November 29, 2022 and times prior, the employer did not perform a monthly inspection or test of all portable fire extinguishers at the workplace. Fire extinguishers located on the production floor near the eyewash station had not received its monthly inspection.
