OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to caught-in hazards: a. 1101 Airport Industrial Blvd. Madison, GA (Small Incline Bag Conveyor) - Employees were exposed to ingoing nip point and/or caught between hazard. The employer failed to ensure that the mobile conveyor systems shut off switch were not accessible to the employees/packers, in the event of an emergency, when working and walking in close proximity to the unguarded moving parts on the mobile conveyor, on or about 04/24/15.
