29 CFR 1926.502(k)(1): 29 CFR 1926.502(k): The fall protection plan did not conform to the provisions specified in 1926.502(k)(1) through (k)(10): Job Site - The fall protection plan did not conform to the following provisions specified in 1926.502(k) during sheathing operations: a) Section 1: The fall protection plan was not specific to the job site. b) Section 3: A copy of the fall protection plan was not on site. c) Section 6: The plan did not include other measures to take in order to reduce or eliminate fall hazards such as scaffolds or vehicle mounted work platforms. d) Section 7: Controlled access zones were not identified. e) Section 8: A safety monitoring system had not been implemented were no other alternative measure had been implemented. f) Section 9: The plan did not provide the names of employees designated to work in the controlled access zones.
