29 CFR 1926.304(f): All woodworking tools and machinery did not meet the requirements of American National Standards Institute, 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery, in that Section 4.1.2(b) requires hand-fed circular rip saws to be equipped with spreaders to minimize the possibility of material squeezing the saw, and Section 4.1.2(c) requires antikickback devices so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw blade to pick up the material or throw it back toward the operator: Highly Cannaco - The Rigid 10" table saw model R4513, serial number GW18433D1C84201, was not quipped with a spreader and antikickback device.
