29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: On the second floor of an apartment complex under construction, employees were observed working along the edges, 20-feet above the ground without any form of fall protection. Division 6 Systems LLC, Dba: Automated Division 6 Builders Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 793741, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 27, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 12881 Hueco Sands, El Paso TX 79938.
