29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121 (Engineering Office): On or about 05/01/2015 the employer did not provide toilet facilities within reasonable distance (90 feet). Employees including a pregnant woman had to travel 540 feet one way to the nearest toilet facility.
