Pier 1 Imports was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(ii),which was contained in OSHA inspection number 987164, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2015 with a final abatement date of February 27, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 2200 Heritage Parkway, Mansfield, Texas 76063.
