29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     a) Fieldale Farms Corporation, Eastanollee, GA - Dock Area - Employees wash trucks and trailers with hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to Super Clean, ATC and Rave Hydroxy 50% , which contains 50% sodium hydroxide, hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid, classified as corrosives. The emergency eye wash provided was not maintained in that: (1) the water was very rusty delaying it's use during an emergency, and (2) the pin used to hold the eye wash cover was broken, on or about April 22, 2015.
