29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) Production Department/ Line 7, Pathway: On or about 10/17/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to overhead hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that employees were provide with protective equipment such as head protections while walking and working near the overhead hanging pipelines.
