29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:  Building No. 3.  On or about May 4, 2015, employee(s) were exposed to the hazard of a fall of greater than 6 feet to the ground below, while installing fascia on the second story of a residential construction.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, which would have enabled them to recognize the hazards of falling, and were not trained in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  Building No. 3.  On or about May 4, 2015, employee(s) were exposed to the hazards of a fall of greater than 6 feet to the ground below, while installing fascia on the second story of a residential construction, without fall protection.
