29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 1306 ALSACE ROAD, READING PA - Employees of Jose Ledesma (roofing contractor) performing roofing work on a 7/12 pitch roof were not protected by any means of fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards ranging from approximately ten (10) to twenty (20) feet to the ground below, on or about April 29, 2015. BELLA CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, CFR 1926.501(b)(11), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1007308, CITATION NUMBER 1 ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 1, 2015 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1540 NEW HOLLAND ROAD, READING, PA 19607. No abatement certification or documentation required.
