29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by pinch points and rotating parts:  In the east section of the Unicor Factory, on the ten (10) Chin Yn Chang Machinery automatic coat hanger fabricating machines:    a)    On the front of each machine, the 19 inch wide wire clamping device that opens up 1.5 inches was not guarded.  b)    On the front of each machine, the rotating beveled steel device that moves the clamp up/down was not guarded.  c)    On the left side of each machine, the wire straightening rollers that form the wire before it is fed into the machine were not guarded.
