Perkol 9655 metalworking fluid (contains severely hydrotreated naphthenic oil, naphthenic distillate heavy, boric acid and triethanolamine). b) On May 8, 2015, GAM Enterprises Inc., did not provide training to employees by December 1, 2013 that included an explanation of the revised safety data sheet (SDS) format and content, as well as the new labeling system elements, as required by the revised hazard communication standard.
